AvaTo Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Grant Consultant to join our growing European team. In this strategic role, you will take the lead in developing, managing, and securing competitive public funding for cutting-edge innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation projects across Europe.
As a senior member of our consulting team, you will work closely with clients ranging from ambitious SMEs to multinational corporations and research organizations. You will be responsible for crafting winning proposals under key EU and national programs — including Horizon Europe, Innovation Fund, LIFE, CEF, EIC Accelerator, and other relevant schemes — and for providing expert guidance throughout the entire funding lifecycle.
- Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality grant proposals to European and national funding programmes.
- Advise clients on funding strategies, project positioning, and consortium building.
- Translate complex technological, environmental, or digital innovations into clear and compelling narratives aligned with EU priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure strong project design, budgeting, and compliance.
- Monitor developments in EU funding policies and identify new opportunities for clients.
- Mentor and support junior consultants in proposal writing and project development.
- Represent AvaTo Solutions in client meetings, networking events, and professional forums.
