Werner Beck is a visionary entrepreneur and the founder of AvaTo‑Solutions, which he established in 2021. He holds degrees in engineering (completed in 2012) and business administration (MBA earned in 2015) and began his professional career in the field of digital technology and consulting. Between 2013 and 2018, Werner led transformative projects in digital innovation, strategic consulting and international growth—overseeing global teams and successfully launching startup ventures with multi‑million Euro funding strategies. Since founding the company, Werner has continued to steer AvaTo‑Solutions in delivering high‑impact, globally‑oriented consultancy—merging strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
In 2019, while collaborating on a startup initiative centred on financing innovation, Werner met his future co‑founders: Luise von Sonnen and Christoph Cottrell. Their shared values, entrepreneurial drive and focus on innovation sparked a strong partnership. Their shared vision and complementary skills formed the foundation for what would become AvaTo-Solutions.
In early 2021, Werner Beck officially launched AvaTo‑Solutions, uniting his vision with the complementary strengths of his co‑founders, Luise von Sonnen and Christoph Cottrell. Together, they formed a firm dedicated to delivering strategic innovation consultancy, cross‑border funding services and digital transformation tools. Drawing on Werner’s background in engineering and business administration, Luise’s expertise in client engagement and Christoph’s experience in project execution, the company rapidly established a unique offering—guiding clients from idea through execution, leveraging cutting‑edge technology, international networks and bespoke strategies.
In 2022, AvaTo‑Solutions assembled a talented and dynamic core team, bringing together top consultants who shared the firm’s ambition and values. With this strong foundation in place, AvaTo-Solutions made over 11 Million EUR in revenue with >975.000 EUR in direct profit. Launching its key service lines—grant strategy, innovation consulting, and full‑cycle project execution—AvaTo‑Solutions positioned itself to offer complete solutions from initial concept through to implementation.
In 2023, AvaTo‑Solutions celebrated an important achievement: the firm officially surpassed 600 successfully completed projects, marking its emergence on the global stage. Under Werner Beck’s leadership AvaTo-Solutions surpassed 25 Million EUR in revenue and 3,7 Million EUR in profit.
AvaTo-Solution successfully destributed over 200 Million EUR in grant funding payments to their clients.
AvaTo‑Solutions took a major leap forward by developing a proprietary digital platform and refined methodology to manage clients’ grant portfolios and innovation projects. At the same time, the firm expanded internationally, establishing new affiliates and forming a global network of specialist partners. This dual focus on technology and geography enabled more efficient, scalable service delivery and strengthened the company’s position as a truly global consultancy.
The UK and Irish clients of AvaTo-Solutions received over 600 M+ EUR in grant funding. With over 6,75 M EUR in EBITDA the story of AvaTo‑Solutions is just the beginning of a large AI driven european grant distribution network with a fast and successful team.
